completed in 1980. Roger Perkins owned her since 1980, and is presently the sole owner. There are no leans or mortgages.

Hull & Deck- Fiberglass C-Flex core foam sandwich double skin. Treadmaster on deck.
Full keel with 9 tons ballast.
Water-tight bulkheads in sail locker and lazarette.

- Mizzen-350sq.ft., 9oz., battens, Hood, fair condition.
- Jib-625sq.ft. 9oz. brass hank-on, needs replacing soon.
- Working Jib-350sq.ft. 10oz., brass hank-on, 1 yr.new, Doyle.
- MPS-1200sq.ft., 2.5oz., Doyle, excellent. Blue and white (not sail on picture)
- Staysail- Club footed with aluminum boom, 250sq.ft., Hood, old but in good condition as it is seldom used.
